An aspiring artist, Jana Shields is an educator & focus salon owner who believes the possibilities are endless. She graduated cosmetology school in 1999 and 2002 joined a Paul Mitchell Team. She realized then her journey had just begun. JPMS would open a door to endless opportunities. This inspired Jana to be a leader to others through personal growth, dedication & to change behavior by example. Joscelyn has over 20 years experience in the beauty industry. Since the early 90's she has been passionate about working with her clients to achieve their personal best! In 2002 she joined a John Paul Mitchell Salon. Through the expert advice and continued education from JPMS she has gained an exceptional level of experience in the business. She still believes in that today and promotes this education within the salon. In March 2004 she realized a long time dream and was thrilled to become Co-Owner of Red Hots Salon! She enjoys her clients immensely and looks forward to coming to work everyday, bringing her creativity and knowledge. "I have always believed that if you think you can...you can!!!! Rebekah
received her cosmetology license from North Florida Cosmetology in 2001, and
joined Red Hots Salon in 2005. Working in a Paul Mitchell focus salon has
inspired Rebekah to become a National Educator with John Paul Mitchell Systems.
Through her educational experiences with Paul Mitchell, Rebekah has become a
specialist in corrective color and haircuts that seem to style themselves. From
a very young age, Rebekah has known that making people feel great about
themselves was her calling, and today her knowledge of current hair styles keeps
